12. On the stock ‘Extra Info’ tab there are additional pre-defined fields. Some customers have indicated that they use these fields for other purposes or simply wish to use different labels than the ones provided. Add a feature to enabled user defined labels for these fields. Any user defined labels would display both in Antiquity and on your Antiquity website, where a value has been provided.

13. Add a feature to manage stock take - verifying that items in stock are in Antiquity and that items in Antiquity are actually there.

14. Add support for printing barcode labels (to put on stock items) and add support for barcode scanning to scan to speed up the stock take. Would require the purchase of a compatible barcode scanner by dealers who want to use this feature. Probably only suitable for dealers with large quantities of stock items.

1. You already have the option to automatically calculate and display an alternate currency on an invoice, e.g. US Dollars or Euros. The invoice footer can also show your bank details for customer payment. For dealers with multiple bank accounts in varying currencies, add a feature to show the appropriate bank details on the invoice footer for the selected currency.

2. Antiquity can print invoices with a single letter header. Are you a dealer who trades under more than one name (but still the same business entity) who would benefit from being able to print an invoice under different letter headers, e.g. Smith Antiques and Smith Restorations?

1. Add a feature to send personalised SMS text messages to your contacts, individually or in bulk, in the same way you can currently print letters and send emails.

2. Add a ‘dashboard’ feature to Antiquity. A dashboard is a summary report on the home page that shows you key indicator reports, e.g. value of sales today, yesterday, last week, last month.
