By default we don't charge a setup fee. All websites require a range of third-party technical services to be configured. If you are are able to configure these services and provide us with the required information, then we will not charge a setup fee. However, if you require our assistance with these, a setup fee of £395 will usually be charged.

Required Configuration / Information:

• Transferring up to two domains and up to two email accounts to an independent provider. Please note that additional transfers may incur additional fees
• Configure Stripe account and provide Live & Test API Keys & API Secrets
• Configure shipping options

• Provide a high resolution logo
• Provide high resolution banner images with uniform size and crop
• Site description, links & keywords

• Configure Mailchimp account and provide API Key and List ID
• Configure Google account and provide API Keys and API Secrets for reCaptcha, analytics, Maps / Places & Translate

Website redirect service

Search engines like Google store (cache) links to pages on websites and these cached results can take weeks (sometimes months) for the search engines to fully update. To provide search results quickly, search engines display their cached results which will initially link to pages on your old website, until they get updated.

Our Website Redirect Service creates a list of every page on your old website and matches it to the appropriate page on your new website, so when someone clicks a cached link then it will be redirected to the appropriate page on your new website. If you want to ensure your customers are directed to the appropriate item pages following the launch of your new website, then this service is highly recommended. The price varies depending on the quantity of stock and the structure of your old website.

Working with your own website developer

Although most customers ask us to develop their websites, our systems are also open to other developers working on your website. If you already have a strong relationship with a website developer who has the appropriate skills, we can work with them. They will need good HTML, CSS & JavaScript skills.

We will provide FTP access, template files, explain our systems to them and provide them with a reasonable level of support. All the functionality & logic is already provided so they can just concentrate on the design aspects.
